Delivery Of Products
All Products purchased online through the Montpellier website will be delivered to the address provided by the customer by either a representative of Montpellier or a 3rd party courier.
Customers have the option to select “free collection”, to collect their order directly from Montpellier, 2 Jonge Gezellen Road, Tulbagh, 6820.
It is the customer’s responsibility to collect their order in a reasonable time. Any orders not collected within 3 months of an online purchase, will be cancelled, moved back into our stock system and your payment will be forfeited; unless otherwise agreed with Montpellier (“the company”) via written communication
Delivery of products are subject to a standard delivery fee. The delivery fee will be added to the cart which customers are required to pay at checkout.
Orders will be sent off on designated days. Please allow between 36 – 72 business hours from the date your order has left our facility, to receive your order.
Customers are required to ensure that a responsible person (whether it be the customer him/herself or an authorised representative of the customer) is available to accept the purchased product at the delivery address and that appropriate access will be made available to the courier. On delivery of the product, customers will be required to sign and print their name on a duplicate copy of the delivery note, to confirm receipt of the product.
It shall be presumed that any person other than the customer him/herself who receives the product at the delivery address is authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the customer. Should no-one be available at the delivery address specified by the customer the courier will attempt to make contact with the customer to make new arrangements for redelivery. Should the customer remain unavailable, the company reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery of the product on a subsequent day should it be required under the circumstances.
The company shall in no way be liable for any damage or destruction caused to the products while in the possession of an external courier.
