Crafted by our award-winning winemaker Juhan Hunlun, this yellow straw (lightly wooded) Chardonnay is grown from its own Burgundy-like, well-drained, stony virgin soil. It is a light-bodied wine which showcases a fresh clean and crisp version of this varietal.
On the nose: ripe nose with citrus and quince.
On the palate: stone fruit and floral notes. Crisp acidity and a rich mouthfeel on the lengthy aftertaste.
Delicious with seafood, flaky white fish, and cheese.
